Not every agent takes the time to hold open houses, but we are glad to do it for our clients who wish to have us hold their homes open. We also hold Broker Open Houses, where we provide refreshments and invite brokers and industry professionals, expanding the buyer pool for your home.
We are syndicated to national websites such as Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia, and more to provide your listing with optimal presence online. The leads generated by the sites are emailed directly to us and we follow up on each and every lead.
The Multiple Listing Service is one of our best tools because it is the most up to date clearing house for searching properties in our area. We often promote listings in our weekly meetings, which is a great way to highlight them in front of our local Realtors. Many deals have been made simply by attending these meetings and presenting our listings.
